A 5-week online adventure built on five growth pillars — identity, thinking, creativity, leadership, and global citizenship. Daily live sessions, missions, projects, and a community that spans continents.
Most summer programs fill the time. AMALY fills the child. Our curriculum is grounded in four evidence-based frameworks — constructivism, project-based learning, socio-emotional learning (SEL), and identity-based pedagogy — endorsed by UNESCO and OECD Education 2030.
We start with the self: identity, values, and heritage. Then we expand outward to the world. Because children need self-understanding to ground their learning, and character to make their impact meaningful.
Every activity, every session, every challenge is designed with one question: who is this child becoming?
Five interconnected pillars — each week deepens one, and all five come alive at the final Festival.
Who they are, where they come from, and what they stand for — the foundation that makes everything else meaningful.
Chess, logic puzzles, and AI literacy. The mind trained to question, analyze, and decide — skills that last a lifetime.
Storytelling, calligraphy, DIY projects. Children learn to express themselves and turn ideas into real things.
Team challenges, live workshops, community projects. The confidence to lead and the empathy to connect.
Rooted in Moroccan heritage, open to the world. The SDGs as a lens for understanding how they can make a difference.
Each week has a big question, a dedicated theme, daily live sessions, missions, a creative project, and a portfolio artifact.
“How can we use technology to make the world a better place?”
Children receive their SDG Passport and choose a goal that resonates with them. The week’s big question is unveiled.
Explore the 17 SDGs through interactive maps, stories, and mini-documentaries curated for the age group.
Interactive live session on AI tools and digital citizenship. Guest changemaker joins to share their story.
Family walks through the neighborhood identifying local SDG issues and photographs one example to share.
First chess session introducing the board and pieces. Sunday reflection: “What surprised you most this week?”
“Who am I, and what values guide my actions?”
Children receive their Identity Passport template. Big question: “What makes you, you?”
Interview a grandparent or elder. Map the family tree. Discover heritage, names, and origin stories.
SEL workshop on emotional intelligence and strengths. Children identify their top 3 character strengths.
Each family member writes one thing they love about the child. Shared at the weekly circle.
Chess Club session 2: basic tactics. Sunday: “Which value do you want to practice more this week?”
“How can I think strategically and tell powerful stories?”
The Story Mission: create a hero, an obstacle, and a resolution. Children choose their genre.
Character design, world-building, and the hero’s journey framework adapted for children.
Live session on AI prompting: children learn to collaborate with AI as a creative tool, not a shortcut.
Tell a 2-minute story to the family at dinner. Family votes on favorite character detail.
Chess Club: first mini-tournament. All levels welcome — focus is on strategy, not winning.
“How can different cultures and learning tools help us grow?”
The Culture Explorer mission: each child picks a culture to discover alongside Chinese and Arabic traditions.
Learn the basics of Arabic script with a calligraphy artist. Practice writing their name in beautiful Arabic letters.
Live session: introduction to the Japanese abacus and mental arithmetic. Speed challenges and team relay.
Cook one dish from a culture different from your own. Share a photo and one thing you learned.
Soroban Club challenge round. Top performers earn a badge for their portfolio.
“What have I discovered, created, and achieved this summer?”
Children curate their best work, write reflections, and prepare a short presentation for the Festival.
The big live event. Portfolio Exhibition open to families. Special guests. Stories shared. Projects applauded.
Chess and Soroban finals. Every participant gets a badge; top performers receive special recognition.
Certificates issued. Each child receives their AMALY Portfolio. The community celebrates together.
Final reflection: “Who am I now compared to Week 1?” Letters written to future selves.
Consistent, predictable, and exciting — children know what to expect every day, and look forward to it.
Tangible proof of a summer well spent — a portfolio that shows who they became, not just what they did.
A documented journey through the Sustainable Development Goals with their personal pledges, reflections, and action plans.
A personal book of self-discovery: values, family tree, strengths, and the story of who they are becoming.
An illustrated original story and their chess journey — combining creative expression and strategic thinking.
Documentation of cultural discoveries, calligraphy practice, and Soroban progress across Week 4.
All artifacts, projects, and reflections compiled into a single Google Drive portfolio they keep forever.
An official AMALY certificate documenting their 5 weeks of learning, issued after the Festival showcase.
Both packages include the full digital experience. Basic+ adds a physical Mission Box shipped to your door.
